Method- Peel the carrot and chop into big pieces and pressure cook along with the cashewnuts for 3 to 4 whistles.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid, cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Transfer in a deep pan along with milk and sugar.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, while stirring in between.
- Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add the almonds and cool and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
