Ingredients

For Cheese , Olive and Jalapeno Toast
6 bread slices
3 tsp soft butter for spreading

To Be Mixed Into A Mixture
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cheese spread
1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
1 tbsp finely chopped jalapenos
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp milk
salt to taste

Method

To make cheese, olive and jalapeno toast, spread ½ tsp butter on each slice and place it on a greased baking tray, with the buttered side facing upwards, and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes or till they turn crisp.
Remove the bread slices, turn over and spread little mixture evenly over each slice.
Place all the bread slices again on a baking tray with the mixture side facing upwards. Bake again in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
