Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt (khada namak)
1 1/2 tsp coconut oil for greasing

Method
    Method
  1. Crack the eggs in a deep bowl and beat it using an electric beater.
  2. Add the coconut milk, vanilla essence and honey and mix well using a spatula.
  3. Add the coconut flour, baking soda and sea salt and mix well. Cover it with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) , grease it with ¼ tsp of coconut oil, pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to make a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle and cook on a medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour.
  5. Turnover and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to make 5 more pancakes.
  7. Serve immediately.

it didnt tasted well at all.... pls dt post such tasteless receipies.. there was no combination of the ingredients..neither sweet nor any flavour...

Namaste Tarla Ma''am I loved this recipe and I always enjoy anything low carb. Though my pancakes were not so round, still it tasted very good. I enjoyed the pancakes with fresh fruits.
