Keep aside.Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.Add the onions and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.Add the tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 1 more minute.Add the corn, milk, cheese and ¾ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the cheese melts, while stirring occasionally.Add the prepared cornflour-water mixture and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.Add the salt, cream, jalapeno, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.Serve the {span class="bold1"}corn and jalapeno fondue{/span} immediately with herb bread and brun pav pieces.
