Ingredients


For Spicy Masala Corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice

For Peri Peri Masala Corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp peri peri masala
1 tsp lemon juice

For Chilli Cheese Corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Method

For spicy masala corn

  2. {/span}, in a deep bowl, add boiled sweet corns, butter, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt to taste and lemon juice.
  3. Toss well. Serve immediately.

For peri peri masala corn

For chilli cheese corn
