List of ingredients for peri peri masala: 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tsp chilli flakes, 3 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ginger powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp amchur powder, 4 tsp oregano, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp sugar, ½ tsp black salt and ½ tsp salt to taste.See the below list of image for peri peri masala.
How to make Peri Peri masala:-
To make peri peri masala recipe | piri piri spice mix | Indian style peri peri | in a mixer add 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder.

Add 2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika).

Add 3 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder.

Add 1 tsp ginger powder.

Add 2 tsp onion powder.

Add 2 tsp amchur powder. You can also use chaat masala.

Add 4 tsp dried oregano.

Add 1 tsp black pepper powder.

Add 2 tsp sugar to balance the strong flavours of the Peri Peri masala.

Add ½ tsp black salt. It is also called as sanchal, it gives a distinct flavour which is unique when compared to the table salt.

Add ½ tsp salt to taste.

Blend till it becomes fine powder.

Transfer the peri peri masala | piri piri spice mix | Indian style peri peri | into an air tight container and use as required. The shelf life of this Peri Peri masala is about 1 month if kept refrigerated.
