For Garlic Spaghetti
3 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
4 cups boiled spaghetti
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soft butter
1 tbsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/4 cup finely chopped basil
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
salt and to taste

For The Garnish
1/2 cup grated processed cheese


For garlic spaghetti

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}garlic spaghetti{/span}, heat the oil and butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the chilli flakes and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Switch off the flame, add the noodles, basil, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Serve the {span class="bold1"}garlic spaghetti{/span} hot garnished with cheese.

Handy tip

  1. Parmesan cheese can be added to the noodles instead of processed cheese.
