For the jowar and moong dal khichdi-

Combine the jowar and moong dal in a pressure cooker.

Add salt to taste.

Add 2½ cups of water to cook jowar moong khichdi.

Mix well using a spoon.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and pressure cook for 7 whistles. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Keep aside.
