Ingredients

200 gms baby corn
salt to taste
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 pinch of chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
4 tsp cornflour
oil for deep frying
1/2 tsp chaat masala

To Serve
2 small tomatoes , cut into rings
1 onion , cut into rings

Method
    Method
  1. Clean, wash and pat dry the baby corns and slit into two lengthwise.
  2. Add the salt, white pepper powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and marinate the baby corns for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and roll the marinated baby corns in corn flour and deep fry till they turn crisp and golden brown.
  4. Drain onto an absorbent paper and sprinkle chaat masala evenly on top.
  5. Serve hot with tomato and onion rings.
