1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped cauliflower
2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
2 tbsp finely chopped cabbage
2 tsp oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt and to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 tsp lemon juice

%age of carbohydrates is on higher side in comparison to protein and fibre which isn''t perfect for diabetics.

   Dear Jasbir - 9.3 gm of carbohydrate is fine to be added in a diabetics diet, especially when that little carbohydrate is from oats which is also a good source of fibre and it aids in controlling blood sugar levels.
