4 calcutta betel leaves (paan) , torn into small pieces
4 tbsp gulkand
2 1/2 tbsp paan (betel leaves) masala
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
10 ice-cubes

Method

For paan shot

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}paan shot{/span}, combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Pour equal quantities of the {span class="bold1"}paan shot{/span} into 12 shot glasses and serve chilled.
