Tweet Recipe Description for Pyazwale Mutter Preparation Time: 15 minsCooking Time: 10 mins Makes 4 servings Show me for servings Ingredients 1 1/2 cups boiled green peas2 tsp oil1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)1 1/2 cups onion rings1/2 cup fresh tomato pulp1 tsp chilli powder2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder3/4 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur) salt to taste1/2 cup chopped tomatoesFor The Garnish2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) Method Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds.When the seeds crackle, add the onion rings and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes or till they are light brown in colour.Add the tomato pulp, chilli powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, garam masala and dried mango powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Add the green peas and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Add the tomatoes and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 more minutes.Serve hot garnished with coriander.
