Ingredients

For Rajma Salad
2 cups soaked and boiled rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

To Be Mixed Together Into A Dressing
4 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and to taste

  1. To make rajma salad, combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl, toss well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.

I just love love love rajma..and anything that's made out of rajma...and that's how I tried this recipe...O! it's delicious and filling too!!...Iron, Fibre and Protein rich rajma when combines with olive oil and lemon juice dressing...you get Tarla Dalal's Rajma Salad!
