Ingredients

1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup freshly chopped lychee
1/4 cup chopped mangoes
1/4 cup boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/4 cup halved baby potatoes
2 tbsp raisins (kismis) , soaked for an hour

To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
a pinch salt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice

For The Garnish
1/4 cup roasted and almond (badam) slivers

    Method
  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Combine all the ingredients for salad in a deep bowl and pour the above dressing over it. Mix well.
  3. Serve fresh on a serving plate or refrigerate it for an hour and then serve.
  4. While serving garnish it with almonds and serve fresh.
