Keep aside.How to proceedHeat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease with 1/4 tsp oil and sprinkle a little water on the tava, wipe it off gently using a muslin cloth.Pour a ladleful of the batter on hot tava and spread it in a circular motion to make a 225 mm. (9 inch) diameter thin dosa.Add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp of schezwan chutney over the dosa and spread it evenly. Cook on a medium flame till the dosa turns light brown in colour and crisp.Spread a portion of the stuffing over the dosa, add grated cheese and spring onion greens.Cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
