1 cup chilled almond milk
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp maple syrup or honey

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it till smooth.

  3. Serve immediately.

This is a smoothie our whole family has when strawberries are in season. Healthy as there is fibre and protein in the recipe.
