1/2 cup grated carrot
2 tbsp roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp roughly chopped basil
1/2 cup cherry tomato halves

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1/4 cup tamarind (imli) pulp
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1/4 cup coarsely crushed roasted peanuts

I would say and recommend to use the mortar pestle as shown in this only. Trust me that was the reason of the bursting of flavours in the salad. the garlic, thai chilli just flavoured the whole salad. The crunchy papaya was soo good and plus it is healthy.Il make this for the party next time.

Great salad. Really thai. the papaya adds freshness to the dish and the peanuts add so much more texture. A different thai salad. I loved it.
