Ingredients


For Tzatziki Dip
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 1/4 cups grated dark green cucumber
2 1/2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves
1 1/2 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste

For Serving With Tzatziki Dip

Method

For tzatziki dip

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}tzatziki dip{/span}, combine the cucumber and little salt in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the excess water and place in another deep bowl.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well using a wooden spoon.
  4. Serve the {span class="bold1"}tzatziki dip{/span} chilled with pita bread.
