  1. Combine the cornflour and ½ cup of water in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 10 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli florets, baby corn, capsicum, carrot and spring onion whites and sauté on a high flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the milk, cornflour-water mixture, sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
