  2. Combine chawli and enough water in a deep bowl.

A very good health recipe. Perfect for those with high BP, heart problems, high cholesterol and even for those wishing to lose weight... Veggies give fiber and make you full too. I will surely try it again.

This recipe is soo easy to make...i used to make this for my sister who was 5 months pregnant and use to get hungry every 2 hours...she used to take this to her office...it is nutritious as well easy...i would recommend pregnant ladies to consume it in the day time or else may cause flatulence!!
