Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
2 cups boiled noodles
1/4 cup chilli-garlic sauce
salt to taste
1 tbsp chilli oil

    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok / kadhai on a high flame till it smokes.
  2. Add the spring onion greens, noodles, chilli-garlic sauce and salt and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
  3. Pour the chilli oil on top and toss well. Serve hot.

quick and easy. can do without chilly oil too if kids involved.Love this recipe.
