Ingredients


For Bean Sprouts and Capsicum Salad
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 cup thinly sliced coloured capsicum
salt to taste

For The Spicy Dressing
1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil or olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tbsp coarsely crushed roasted peanuts
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Method

For the spicy dressing

  1. Heat the oil in a small non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 15 seconds.
  2. Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool slightly.
  3. Add the vinegar, soya sauce, chilli powder, peanuts and mix well. Keep aside.

How to proceed
