Ingredients


For Sprouted Moong Salad
1 1/2 cups boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram)
3/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste

Method
