1/2 cup peeled and chopped beetroot
1 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/4 cup blanched almonds (badam)
1/4 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic (lehsun) cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
1/2 tsp olive oil for drizzling
