Combine the dry roasted black sesame seeds, coconut-chilli mixture, garlic and salt in a mixer and blend till smooth without any water. Serve or store in an air-tight container. Use as required.

1/2 cup black sesame seeds (kala til)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
5 pandi chillies , broken into pieces
1 tbsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
