  1. To make dhaniya ki sabji, heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida, coriander, besan, sugar, salt and 1 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Serve dhaniya ki sabji hot.

Unusual subzi, only using dhania. Used simple ingredients to make this which is readily available in every house. I liked it a lot.
