Recipe Description for Onion Pudina Chutney, Pudina Chutney with Onion Punjabi Style

For Onion Pudina Chutney
2 cups roughly chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 cup roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp roughly chopped green chillies
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice


For onion pudina chutney

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}onion pudina chutney{/span} , combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using approx. ¼ cup of water.
  2. Serve the {span class="bold1"}onion pudina chutney{/span} immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days or in the freezer for a month.
