Tweet Recipe Description for Spiced Sesame Popcorn Preparation Time: 5 minsCooking Time: 6 mins Makes 2 servings Show me for servings Ingredients 1/4 cup maize kernels (dry corn kernels)2 tbsp oil1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)1/2 tsp chilli powder1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp grated processed cheese Method Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker, add the maize kernels and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.Cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till you hear the popping sound.When the corn stops popping, switch off the flame and open the lid of the pressure cooker (refer handy tip).
