For Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich
12 bread slices , lightly buttered

To Be Mixed Into A Filling For Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste


For vegetable mayonnaise sandwich

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}vegetable mayonnaise sandwich{/span}, divide the filling into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
  2. Place a lightly buttered bread slice on a clean, dry surface with the buttered side facing upwards.
  3. Spread a portion of the prepared filling evenly over it and sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered side facing downwards.
