Tweet Recipe Description for Green Pea and Cucumber Sandwich Preparation Time: 5 minsCooking Time: 2 mins Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients For The Green Pea Stuffing1 cup coarsely crushed green peas2 tsp oil of baking soda salt to taste2 tbsp mayonnaise1 tbsp chilli sauceOther Ingredients12 fresh bread slices butter for brushing6 tsp green chutney12 cucumber slices salt to taste Method For the green pea stuffingHeat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green peas, soda bi-carb and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool slightly.Once cooled, add the mayonnaise and chilli sauce and mix well.Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside.How to proceedCut the bread slices into approx. 62 mm.
