Tweet Recipe Description for Chilla Chaat Preparation Time: 20 minsCooking Time: 15 mins Makes 4 servings Show me for servings Ingredients For The Chillas1 cup besan (bengal gram flour) a pinch of asafoetida (hing)1 tsp chilli powder salt to taste oil for greasing and cookingOther Ingredients For The Chilla Chaat1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens1/2 cup khajur imli ki chutney1/4 cup green chutney1/4 cup sevFor The Garnish2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) Method For the chillasCombine all the ingredients along with approx. ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix very well using a whisk till no lumps remain.Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly using oil.Sprinkle a little water on the tava (griddle) and wipe it off gently using a cloth.Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion to make a 175 mm.
