Ingredients


For Chilli Oil Curd Dip
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
salt to taste

For The Chilli Oil Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions

Method

For chilli oil curd dip

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}chilli oil curd dip{/span}, combine hung curd and salt to taste in a bowl. Whisk well and keep aside.
  2. For the dressing, in another small bowl, add garlic, chilli flakes, coriander, chilli powder, salt, sesame seeds and spring onions.
  3. Heat olive in a small pan, pour the hot oil over the dressing mixture. Once it sizzles, mix well.
  4. Put the hung curd in the serving plate and make swirls design.
  5. Pour the chilli oil dressing over the hung curd.
  6. Serve the {span class="bold1"}chilli oil curd dip{/span} with crackers, chips, toast or bread of your choice.
