Ingredients


For Raw Mango Popsicle
2 cups roughly chopped raw mangoes , peeled
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste

Method

For raw mango popsicle

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}raw mango popsicles{/span}, in a pan, cook chopped raw mangoes, sugar and ½ cup of water on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  2. Switch off the flame, keep aside to cool completely.
  3. Transfer the raw mango mixture into the blender and add mint leaves, pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, black salt, salt to taste and 1 1/2 cup water.
  4. Blend till smooth. Pour the mixture into 12 ice cream moulds.
  5. Insert the ice cream stick and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  6. To unmould, allow the moulds to remain outside the freezer for 5 minutes and then unmould by pulling it out.
  7. Serve {span class="bold1"}raw mango popsicles{/span} immediately.
