Ingredients


For The Chocolate Spread
1 tbsp low fat butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
5 tbsp low-fat milk
1 tsp sugar substitute

Other Ingredients
4 slices of whole wheat bread
4 tsp quick cooking rolled oats

Method
For the chocolate spread

  1. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the cocoa powder. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
  2. Add the milk and sugar substitute, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Transfer it into a small bowl and keep aside.

  1. Remove the crust from the bread slices.
  2. Flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
  3. Spread 2 tsp of chocolate spread on each bread slice and sprinkle 1 tsp of oats evenly over it.
  4. Roll each slice like a swiss roll and cut it into 3 equal portions.
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make 9 more pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately.
