Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.Combine walnuts, chocolate chips and 1 tsp plain flour in another small bowl. Mix well and keep aside.In a big bowl, add soft butter and powdered sugar, whisk it well till light and fluffy.Add vanilla extract and whisk well. In the same bowl, sieve plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.Add milk and mix well to make a cake batter. Fold in the coated walnuts and chocolate chips in the batter.Transfer the batter into a greased and lined tin.
