Makes 18 slices Show me for slices Ingredients 1/2 cup plain flour (maida) a pinch of soda bi-carb5 tbsp coarsely powdered walnuts (akhrot)2 tbsp castor sugar1/4 cup grated dark chocolate1/4 cup condensed milk5 tbsp melted butter Method Sieve the flour with the soda bi-carb. Add the powdered walnuts and castor sugar, mix well and keep aside.Combine the dark chocolate and condensed milk in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a slow flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.Combine together the chocolate mixture, flour mixture and melted butter in a bowl and mix well using a spatula.Pour the mixture into a greased loose bottom cake tin and spread it evenly.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 20 minutes.Cool slightly and cut into slices and store in an air-tight container.
