Ingredients

Fr Cucumber Cheese Sandwich
8 whole wheat bread slices
4 tbsp cheese spread
24 thin cucumber slices

Method

For cucumber cheese sandwich

1. To make {span class="bold1"}cucumber cheese sandwich{/span}, trim the edges of all the bread slices and keep aside.
2. Apply ½ tbsp of cheese spread on each bread slice.
3. Place 2 bread slices on a clean, dry surface with the cheese spread side facing upwards.
4. Arrange 6 cucumber slices over it and sandwich it with another bread slice, with the cheese spread side facing downwards.
5. Cut the sandwich diagonally into 2 triangles.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to make 3 more {span class="bold1"}cucumber cheese sandwiches{/span}.
