finely chopped parsley Method For the sauceFor the sauceHeat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, or till the onions turn translucent.Add the tomato purée, chilli powder and salt and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add the milk and corn flour-water mixture, mix well and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
