Ingredients

1 1/2 cups spinach (palak) , torn into pieces
1 cup basil
1/4 cup coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1/4 cup roughly chopped avocado
1/2 cup roughly chopped bananas
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp soaked falooda seeds (subza)
1 cup water
20 ice-cubes

Method

Method for spinach, avocado smoothie with banana

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}spinach, avocado smoothie with banana{/span} soak 2 tsp falooda seeds in 2 tablespoons water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixer put spinach, basil, coconut milk, avocado, bananas, chia seeds and lemon juice.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and 20 ice-cubes.
  4. Blend till smooth.
  5. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 3 individual glasses and top it with soaked falooda seeds in each glass.
  6. Serve {span class="bold1"}spinach, avocado smoothie with banana{/span} immediately.
