Ingredients


For Indian Style Stir Fry Noodles
3 cups rice noodles
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens
1 cup bean sprouts
3/4 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
salt to taste

For The Garnish
2 tbsp roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and spring onion whites and greens and suate on a high flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add the paneer and bean sprouts and saute on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, chili powder, sugar, soya sauce, lemon juice, peanuts, and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirirng occasionally.
  4. Serve hot garnished with peanuts and spring onion greens.
