Whisk well to break all lumps.Add green chilli paste, salt and mix well.Heat a non-stick mini uttapam pan and grease it with little oil. Pour a spoonful of batter in each uttapa mould to make a 75 mm. (3") diameter round.Cook on a medium flame on one side for 30 seconds and brush the top with oil.
