Method To Make Minty Cucumber Cooler-
To make Minty Cucumber Cooler, take 2-3 medium sized cucumber. Cucumbers are high in nutrients and also aid in weight loss.

Peel the cucumbers.

Further, chop the cucumbers for Minty Cucumber Cooler and keep aside.

Take a bunch of fresh mint leaves, separate the leaves from the stem.

Wash the leaves and keep aside. Always wash the mint leaves before use as it may contain traces of dirt and bacteria.

In a deep non-stick pan, take 1/2 cup of water and let it boil.

Once you see small bubbles showing up in the water, add the chopped cucumber to it.

Cook the cucumbers till they are soft, it would take approx. 4-5 minutes.

Once the cucumbers turn soft, get the pan off the flame and keep aside until it totally cools down.
