Tweet Recipe Description for Mixed Fruit Shrikhand, Healthy Diabetic Recipe Preparation Time: 10 mins Makes 4 servings Show me for servings Ingredients 1 1/2 cups chopped mixed fruits1 cup hung low fat curds (chakka dahi) , refer handy tip1 tbsp warm low fat milk a few saffron (kesar) strands2 tsp sugar substitute1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder Method Combine the milk and saffron in a small bowl and mix well till the saffron dissolves.
