Parsley is a very popular herb around the world because of its unique taste and inviting aroma! The name parsley is derived from a Greek work that means ‘rock celery. Chopped parsley is a popular garnish for soups, pastas and other dishes not only because it gives a great taste but also because it adds to the aesthetic appeal to the dish.

It was really hard to find in India a while ago, but now it is commonly available. To store parlsey remove the wilted leaves, if any.
