1/4 cup roughly chopped celery (ajmoda)

1 cup cucumber cubes

5 tbsp coarsely crushed peanuts
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)

A colourful salad with bountiful of antioxidants from the veggies used. I loved the crunchiness and the contrast flavours the dressing lends to this salad. its quite filling so can be had as a snack too.
