Ingredients

3 cups cooked long grained rice (basmati)
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
3 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Into A Sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
salt to taste

For The Topping
1 cup fried noodles
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions whites and greens

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies, garlic, ginger and spring onion whites and greens and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the prepared sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the rice and little salt, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Top it with fried noodles and spring onion whites and greens and serve immediately.
