For tandoori gobi sabzi

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}tandoori gobi sabzi recipe{/span}, combine the thick curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala, chaat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and salt in a deep bowl and whisk well.
  2. Add the cauliflower, onions and capsicum and toss well.
  3. Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the vegetable mixture and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while tossing it occasionally.
