Tweet Recipe Description for Chatakedar Paneer Preparation Time: 20 minsCooking Time: 5 mins Makes 4 servings Show me for servings Ingredients 2 cups paneer (cottage cheese) cubes1 tbsp oil1/2 tbsp green chilli paste1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes2 1/2 tbsp tomato puree1 tsp chilli powder1 1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder1 tsp pav bhaji masala1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) salt to taste1/2 tbsp lemon juiceFor The Garnish a sprig of coriander (dhania) Method Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai, add the green chilli paste and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.Add the tomatoes, tomato purée , chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, pav bhaji masala, dried fenugreek leaves and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once in between.Add the paneer cubes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes.Add the lemon juice and mix well.Serve hot garnished with coriander sprig.
