1. Steamed Snacks for Cancer Patients

Steaming, since ages, has been considered a healthier method of cooking. It involves use of less oil thus avoiding any unnecessary extra fat. Remember you need some fat in your diet. Do not go completely oil-free. Fats are needed to lubricate your joints.

2. Non-fried Snacks for Cancer Patients
