यह संपूर्ण पॉरिज ओट्स, सेब और दूध से बना है जिसे आपके बच्चे की 6 महीने की उम्र के बाउसे सुबह के नाश्ते या मीठे व्यंजन के रुप में परोस सकते हैं। दूध कॅल्शियम का अच्छा स्रोत है, जो आपके बच्चे की बढ़ती हड्डीयाँ और दाँतों के लिए बेहद ज़रुरी होता है। ओट्स ऊर्जा, प्रोटीन और रेशांक से भरपुर होता है।
Method- एक चौड़े नॉन-स्टिक पॅन में मक्ख़न गरम करें, ओटस् डालकर धिमी आँच पर २ मिनट तक भुनें या ओटस् के हलका सुनहरा होने तक भुन लें।
- दूध और गुड़ डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलायें और धिमी आँच पर, बीच-बीच में हिलाते हुए २-३ मिनट तक पका लें।
- सेब डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलायें और १ मिनट तक धिमी आँच पर पका लें।
- आँच से हठाकर हल्का ठंडा करने एक तरफ रख दें।
- ठंडा करने के बाद, मिक्सर में पीसकर मुलायम प्युरी बना लें।
- गुनगुने तापमान पर परोसें।
