For Multiseed Mukhwas
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup black sesame seeds (kala til)
1/4 cup white sesame seeds (til)
1/4 cup fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp powdered sugar

    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add the lemon juice and salt and mix well. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Dry roast it on a broad non-stick pan for 2 to 3 minutes till it starts giving a good aroma.
  3. Cool slightly, add the sugar and mix well.
  4. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.

  8. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour for the flavours to blend well with the seeds. 
  9. Transfer the mixture of 4 seed healthy mukhwas into a broad non-stick pan. 
  10. Dry roast for 2 to 3 minutes. You will start getting a good aroma. This is an indication that the ingredients of multiseed mukhwas have been roasted enough. Cool it slightly. 
  11. Add powdered sugar. This is optional. Health seekers can easily avoid it. 
  12. Mix well using a spoon.

   yes you can add any healthy seeds of your choice, only remember to roast them well.

We always opt for those sugar coated fennel seeds...but aft trying this recipe...You wont feel like going for sugary mukwas...just soo simple to make, tasty and YES...HEALTHY!!
